This has been my most requested video, pretty much since I first started making videos! Im sorry for how long the video is, I really wanted to mindblast you with information so that you get the maximum results with the products that I mentioned.
Like I said in the beginning of the video, the key to healthy skin hair and nails is a healthy lifestyle, so you need to start by drinking lots of water! Vitamins and other foods play a key role in how your hair, skin and nails look so I will be touching up on those in another video!
SHAMPOO:
I feel SOO old when I think about how I’ve been using this shampoo for 10 years! LOL! Since i was 13! Yeah, seriously, NO LIE, I started using it when I entered grade 9 in high school (OHH MEMORIES!). Anyways, MATRIX SLEEK LOOK is my favorite shampoo of ALL time. I have used many drug store shampoos, including Pantene, Fructis, Loreal Vive (even though L’oreal MAKES Matrix) and none of them worked for me as well as this shampoo has. The way my hair feels afterwards is just so lovely!
CONDITIONER:
If you do want to use the conditioner with the Sleek Look shampoo, you can SO do that too! I used to use the conditioner and I can personally tell you that it is a GREAT conditioner, I just don’t like the slimy feel of conditioners in the shower and I feel like they’re a little too heavy for me.
I use the RUSK Smoother Conditioner after I get out of the shower as a leave-in and I ADORE IT!
ALMOND OIL:
You can get this stuff pretty much anywhere. I think they sell them at grocery stores or health stores etc. etc. Just like almonds are great fats for our body, the oil is a great fat for our hair! PLEASE try it out! You’ll love the way your hair feels after you wash it out 
! BE AWARE that when you are washing it out, you may need a little extra shampoo to get it fully out, but it’s totally worth it!

hi Farah ! Where can you get the Matrix Sleek look shampoo, the rusk smoother leave in conditioner, and the 100% almond oil because I have pratically looked everywhere for it and I just cant find them. Can you find them in stores because my parents dont trust online sites for stuff?
Oh and are there sulfates in the matrix sleek look because I’ve heard that sulfates arent good for your hair because they dry out your scalp, and that a lot of shampoos have them because sulfates help get the really big lathers.

How often do you apply almond oil? ´Cause I’ve been trying to use it like alternating with rose water: rose water at nights, next day oil and next day I wash my hair and at night the oil, but my hear is veeery greasy the day I wash it, dont know why… :s Anny suggestion?
Hi, I just saw your video and I am wondering how often I should put almond oil on my hair? I also have long (reddish) black hair, slightly longer than yours. I have been growing it since I was a toddler and it’s finally the length I want it (my hair grows very slowly)! Unfortunately, due to allergies, I won’t be able to try out your shampoo (most shampoos cause a terrible rash), but almond oil just might help maintain my hair health!

Heyy, so i was looking into almond oil vs. sweet almond oil and apparently there is a difference, and it seems that sweet almond oil is better towards your hair, i was wondering if you could clear up with what you use !

So I just bought the matrix sleek look shampoo and conditioner and I LOVE IT!!!!!! If i leave my hair to air dry, my hair typically looks very dry and brittle and very frizzy, ONE USE with matrix sleek look shampoo and conditioner, I let my air dry and omg, i have this beautiful natural wave now and my hair is like silky smooth its amazing .THANK YOU SO MUCH.
