I forgot to mention in the video that if you dont have gram flour you can use all purpose flour as a substitute!
Ive been using this turmeric mask for a while now and I usto break out with little things, but it really has reduced/stopped the amount of breakouts that I get 
Whenever I feel a pimple coming on (especially when elmo is in town) it prevents it from coming out! seriously! I LOVE this stuff and its amazing that it’s soo cheap!
A lot of Indian’s use Turmeric in food, but its also used as a mask before an Indian Bride gets married its also widely known as Peeti.
It does stain so be careful and make sure you don’t get it in your eyes, afterall, it is a spice!
Turmeric as a mask is known to reduce and eliminate wrinkles, and dark circles. If you’re concern is mostly dark circles, then I have a great recipe for you!
Take about 2 tablespoons of buttermilk and add a pinch of Turmeric and put it on your undereyes for 20 minutes.. wash it off and go on with your day!
If you drink Turmeric as the recipe I gave you in my video, its great for you since, especially for women, it helps your overall health and prevents osteoporosis!
If you’re pregnant, please ask your doctor before you go ahead and take turmeric as a drink on the regular. Turmeric is known to be a uterine stimulant so be careful with that if your preggos!

2 Tbsp Gram Flour
1 Tbsp Almond Oil
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
Milk

hey i saw your video and i would like to try it out. But i was wondering where do you buy the almond oil? is it a certain one or just any almond oil. Because over where i live theres 2 types of almond oil one for cooking and the other for skin/hair.

Yes it can be used on your legs/stomach/back/arms/neck/face, Ive been using it for razor bumps mixed with baking soda.. It’s amazing! My acne is gone, tan is gone! I love my new skin, it took me 2 months to get great results >.<

when i translate “turmeric” its shows me two diffrent meanings got the same name
which is what we called in arabic “korkum” and the other meaning is “zaafran” ..so may i knw wich thing u used coz both of them we using it for food..the “korkum” is diffrent only that it gots a power efect of color on skin..like giving u an orange look and color.. but zaafran have no efect so i dnt think u`ll use “korkum” right to have a clean skin or i might b wrong? thnx
Hey, it’s Korkum, but if you have also zaafran you can do also some facial masks with it, its good for the skin too.
1 Tbsp Almond Oil – is it ok to use any other oil? For example, I have shea oil.

Farah can you use split pea powder instead of chickpea flour!!
I’ve never tried it with split pea powder.. I like the chickpea flour because it acts like a gentle exfoliator with the mixture

I wanted to ask you about the Vitamin you mentioned on your other post about hair. You were telling one about multi vitamin and another one you couldn’t show the container but said you saw someone to use and her hair grew like weeds. I wanted to know the name of the vitamin. Is that possible? I am 26 and my hair is super super thin. I cannot ware or leave open because it’s got patchy on top. Doctor said I do not have any problem physically which can cause this. I tired couple of different vitamins but you know there are lots out and it’s hard to find the right one. I am sure I have vitamin problem and this is why it does not grow internally.
