Hope you had a wonderful weekend! Happy Mother’s Day to all my loves who are mommys!!

I have been getting a lot of requests on a nail care video and I was jus about the cut my “claws” off so I decided to film it real quick!

Nail care is really similar to hair care so the better you take care of your hair the better your nails will get too!

MOST IMPORTANTLY.. DRINK WATER! Youll see big changes in your whole entire body just by drinking lots of water!

One of my favorite products to use ON my nails is the OPI NATURAL NAIL STRENGTHENER i love this stuff!

You also want to keep your nails moisturized so I use GRAPE SEED OIL

I clean my nails with a BAKING SODA SCRUB and I make sure to wear gloves whenever Im doing any house work

For Vitamins I take a Multi-Vitamin and B vitamin (Biotin) The multi-vitamin I take is called THE ULTIMATE ONE by NULIFE and the Biotin brand I take currently im NOT a fan of and I will be switching to SISU SUPER B

and if all else fails, drink lots of water and eat lots of bananas!

Hi babies!

New DIY for you today! Ive been using this as of late since my skin has been super stressed out and breaking out

The only two ingredients you need are Cumin Seeds and Water!

LOL I used to hate cumin my mom puts it in every dish and I was even forced to chew on it when i got a really bad cough when i was younger, but now that im older ive learned to appreciate how great cumin really is!

Applying cumin on the skin has many benefits, especially if your skin is acne prone. If you suffer from acne cumin is great because its anti-bacterial and can help clear that acne right up. Its also very high in vitamin e so it keeps the skin soft and glowing and super hydrated! Cumin is found in literally EVERY grocery store and it has so many health benefits so if you want to know other ways to use cumin thumbs up this video!

I always get asked if I use every single DIY i show you, and the answer is no, not at the same time. I pick and choose and I like to switch things up. Ive been using this cumin toner lately, where as a few months ago i was using green tea. Use your discretion on what works best for YOUR skin. All of our skin is different and can react differently to various ingredients.

Hey Babies!

Here is another super requested DIY for you! A lot of you have been asking for a DIY on how to reduce dark circles under the eyes, and although dark circles have a lot to do with genetics, allergies, sleep and lack of water, this can really help with the darkness and wrinkles (if you have any). If you havent seen my turmeric mask CLICK HERE its my HOLY GRAIL im in LOVE with turmeric!! If all else fails, this mask is my GO TO for everything so try it out if you havent already!

This recipe that I show you in the video could also be used as a mask all over your face, but i really do prefer my original mask recipe.

All you need for this is buttermilk and turmeric.

Buttermilk is naturally jam packed with probiotics and is super rich in lactic acid. Lactic acid is known to soften, brighten and exfoliate your skin. This makes buttermilk acidic and astringent so it can help treat any discolouration on your face or under eyes including age spots, freckles and most importantly dark under eye circles! It also helps tighten the skin. Its super amazing to drink too and not high in fat as ud think since its called buttermilk. Drink some buttermilk daily to get some great benefits of calcium and probiotics.

Now I don’t even need to say anything about turmeric you guys know I LOVE it so much its one of my holy grail ingredients. It has a lot of skin benefits which i mentioned on my turmeric mask blog post which i will link below. It contains cur cumin which is said to have antioxidant properties and can neutralize free radicals in ur body. It helps skin complexion, prevents breakouts and is just super good for you overall. Especially for the under eye dark circles, it can help lighten them. If u would like to see more uses of turmeric thumbs up this video!
