This is my daily skin care routine 
I’m not saying I have perfect skin, but I’m pretty happy with how it looks. I don’t use a lot of expensive products because I think there’s everyday household products that can do the exact same thing! I just wanted to let you guys know that even though I use hydrogen peroxide on my face, I’m really careful with it, because it is still a dangerous chemical. If you are going to try this out on your skin, please be careful and if you are under age, please ask your parents before you do this.
In the mornings, I hop into the shower and I wash my face with just water. I have normal/combination skin and I noticed that when I wash my face in the morning, my skin gets stripped of its natural oils, which essentially makes me break out more. So, in the mornings, I was my face with water in the shower and thats it!
After that, I moisturize with Estee Lauder Daywear Plus. This stuff is crazy expensive for such a little bottle (I paid $55) but it really does work wonders for your skin. Since it is an anti-oxidant and has spf in it, its the perfect moisturizer to wear under make up as well! I think of all things, moisturizer is one of the things that you should pay a little extra money for. I just fell in love with this moisturizer! It smells soo good and it has so many benefits: Anti-aging and prevents environmental factors from damaging your skin! After this, I put on my make-up and go on with my day
AT NIGHT:
To take off my make up, I use the Mac make-up remover wipes, and then I wash my face with Olay Total Effects plus Blemish Control (only about $9). I adore this stuff!! It has a tiny bit of salicylic acid in it to control and destroy any signs of acne. Be aware that this cleanser doesn’t lather at all, but it does still work, so don’t be afraid if you dont see any luscious bubbles ha ha
I really enjoy this cleanser with the moisturizer I use because theyre both also anti-aging. I know I’m only 22, but with the foods we eat, and the damage that the environment is doing, its good to start prevention once you hit your twenties. You want to prevent it before it happens, not when it actually happens. I don’t go crazy with the anti-aging products, cuz these are the only two I use
The next thing I do after I wash my face, is I tone it with Hydrogen Peroxide (3% solution ONLY). Yes, hydrogen peroxide is a chemical, but most of the acid washes we put on our face contain chemicals as well. The thing with the 3% solution is that it is mostly water. The great thing about hydrogen peroxide is that after it is absorbed into our skin, the by-products left over are water and oxygen, which are naturally occurring in our bodies anyways. **PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY SOLUTION HIGHER THAN 3% AS IT CAN BE HARMFUL TOWARDS YOUR SKIN**
The reason I use hydrogen peroxide as a toner, is because when you apply a thin layer with a cotton pad onto your skin, what the solution does is it oxygenates your pores, and kills any bacteria that may be left over. This is great for acne prevention! Whenever I have a pimple, I take a little hydrogen peroxide and put it on the pimple and it magically goes away really fast!
If you are going to use hydrogen peroxide, be careful not to get it anywhere near your eyes (it burns, I’ve accidentally done it, and its dangerous!!) also, don’t go near any hair because it WILL bleach the hair. Be careful with it please!
If you have dry or sensitive skin, hydrogen peroxide is not for you. Please refrain from using it because it WILL dry your skin out more, or if you have sensitive skin, you may get red and itchy.
That brings me to my next point.. if you do decide to try this out as a toner, and you notice that your skin is incredibly itchy and red and it’s burning, PLEASE STOP USING IT!
After the hydrogen peroxide dries, I apply my moisturizer and go to bed
Thats my skin care routine guys! Remember, this is just my opinion and products that have worked for ME. You don’t have to do everything I say, but you’re more than welcome to try it out for yourself

hey sweetiepie u can use it on your whole face (i do), but if you have dry skin then i suggest using it only where you think you need it and spot treat acne

Some time ago I used Olay but Skin Comfort.It was very good so now I decided to try Total Effects (I noticed that my skin over my mouth is in bad condition).But i saw in this product that it can’t get into eyes so how do you clean your eyes??i use eye make-up remover but it’s not comfortable to me to use 2 products…;/

Hey sweety, I have que abt Hydrogen Peroxide. Well,I have little bumps and we can say Acne also because that small bumps has water and at the last it conver to white seed, on my top of the sholder of my arm and also very little of them near my albow of hand. I visited doctor for this problem but doctor said that it happen, he suggest me to use long sleeve cloths to cover my that skin,not to use any body wash/soap on that area,use good lotion. I tryed since more than 2 months but not much difference and it’s summer time I wanna use my short sleeve top…so can I use this Hydrogen Peroxide on that area…? I think it’s also help me out that way that it act for Acne on face,,,…!!!Plz…let me know abt this…and also if you have any home remedy for this then also suggest me..PLZ

Hi Farah, I was searching for solutions for problem skin and I stumbled upon your videos and your blog. I abslutely loved your videos and your blog….tonnes of useful information.
I am 25, I have combination/ oily skin. I live in a place where the weather is humid (Mumbai, India). I have suffered acne and now with lot of efforts, I am able to control them but the current problem with my skin is that these acne is leaving behind some dark spots. My cheeks look pigmented. Please suggest a remedy for this.

I just bought hydrogen peroxide and after only one use I have to say That.. It is … Amazing! Honestly I can tell that my skin Is so much better with this toner.
And the other best part it’s definitely the price. I bought one bottle at the supermarket for just 0.84 ā¬ ( I’m from France).
So one more time I want to thank you because I’m so an impulsive buyer of beauty products no joke I spend an amount of money into it & thanks to your advice I spend less money and have better results.

Dear Farah, I just read that hydrogen peroxide promotes ageing and ruins skin cells, I looked it up because I know that oxidizing is more or less a synonym for ageing.
My recommendation for clearer skin is vitamin B5 (aka pantothenic acid), it has worked wonders for me. You take it internally on a regular basis, do your own research on the dosage but I took 2-3 grams a day.
At the same time I want to point out how nice and white your teeth are, did you have them whitened? Do you know of any natural ways to whiten teeth? If you do it would be great to have a video tutorial of that.

Im mad fan of you because of the tips you provide for skin care.. after seeing this video i tried all the shopping mall to buy 7 in 1 total effect revitalization foaming cleancer.. but the product is now coming without salicylic acid and in lable there is no revitalizing is typed..
so can i try that new face cleancer form olay ?
